Let’s start this second quarter on a high note! Whether you’ve been killing it in the gym all year so far or if you’re looking to get started now, this program will get the job done.
It is an online, gym based challenge so you will need access to a gym. It’s a 4 day split with optional 5th day for core/cardio. It is beginner friendly and modifications are available.
You will receive an email after purchase containing your app invite for your workout plan as well as nutrition guide. There will be a cash prize of $250 and a t-shirt for best transformation and most consistent participant.
