Shipping policy

• Please allow a minimum of 5 business days for processing of your items. All apparel items are printed after you order.

• Domestic shipping times are 3-5 business days via USPS. Orders will ship from Meridianville, AL.

• Business days are Monday - Friday, not including holidays or weekends.

 *During holidays or times of high demand, orders will take 10-15 business days to ship.* 

• International shipping times are 7-14 business days via First Class International.

• Orders placed after 5pm CST on Friday will start processing the following Monday. Shipping times are calculated after processing and after the item has shipped. 

• Once orders are placed they cannot be changed. Tracking information will begin delivering upon dispatch of your order. You will receive your tracking number via the email you place your order through. Please check your junk/spam folder in case you’re unable to find your dispatch email. M.O.D.A.S.T.E. Fitness is not responsible for unforeseen delays due to the US Postal Service.

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items once delivered or an incorrectly entered address. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer's address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing, stolen or damaged items with the appropriate Postal Carrier or credit card.
